Terms and conditions

These terms cover bookings made with Ruyah Adventures Ltd through this website.

Booking and confirmation

Prices are per person in US dollars and include hotel pickup and drop-off, your guide, safety gear, the safety briefing and a meal, unless the experience page says otherwise.

Paying for an experience reserves your place but does not confirm your date. We confirm your date by WhatsApp or email within 12 hours. If we cannot accommodate it, you are offered an alternative or a full refund.

What we need from you

At checkout we ask for your preferred date, a second choice, your pickup hotel or address, a WhatsApp number and any dietary requirements. We use these only to run your booking. An incorrect or unreachable phone number is the most common reason a booking cannot be confirmed.

On the day

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Your guide will give a safety briefing before the activity begins, and following it is a condition of taking part. Guides may stop or alter an activity where they judge it unsafe.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your experience. The full policy is on our cancellation policy page.

Payment

Payment is taken online at the time of booking. Prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience; the amount charged is in US dollars unless stated at checkout.

Liability

Adventure activities carry inherent risk. We maintain our equipment, brief every guest and run every experience with a guide present, but you take part at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Company
