Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

Cancel more than 24 hours before your experience starts and you receive a full refund, with no questions and no fee.

Inside 24 hours we cannot promise a refund, because the guide, the transfer and the animals are already committed to your booking. Message us on WhatsApp anyway — if we can move you to another day or fill your place, we will.

If we cannot accommodate your date

Availability is confirmed by hand. When you book, you choose a preferred date at checkout and we confirm your slot by WhatsApp or email within 12 hours.

If we cannot accommodate the date you asked for, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund. That is your choice, not ours, and there is no charge either way.

If we cancel

Occasionally weather or safety makes an experience impossible — skydiving and diving in particular depend on conditions. If we cancel for any reason, you are offered an alternative date or a full refund in full.

Changing your booking

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Changes more than 24 hours ahead are free wherever we have space.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, which is usually a few working days.
