When you book, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, pickup hotel or address, your preferred dates and any dietary requirements you tell us. When you contact us, we keep the message you send.

Why we collect it

Solely to run your booking: to confirm your date, to collect you from the right place at the right time, to cater for you correctly and to reach you if something changes. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Payment details

Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website. We see that a payment succeeded, not the card number behind it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and no longer than the law requires.

Cookies

This site uses the cookies WordPress and WooCommerce need to keep your cart and your session working. There is no advertising tracking on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ruyahadventures.com and we will act on it.
